The National Decommissioning Centre’s director Professor Richard Neilson will take part in a panel session on ‘The role of innovation in energy transition’ as part of the University of Aberdeen Founders’ Day celebrations.
The University of Aberdeen Founders’ Day is traditionally a day which pays tribute to the University’s historic origins and celebrates the support of its benefactors over the centuries including Bishop Elphinstone.
This year Founders’ Day will also be a Celebration of the University’s Research with Impact. The event will feature engaging talks and panel discussions, aimed at showing how the University’s research can be used to create lasting impact.
